• Booking information: Traveller names and relevant booking details needed to arrange accommodation, transport, activities and other travel services.
• Communications: Information contained in enquiries, emails, telephone conversations and other communications with our team.
• Payment and transaction information: Relevant payment confirmations, transaction references and billing details, depending on how a payment is made: M-Pesa, bank transfer or card (card payments carry a 4% processing fee). Card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored on our website.
• Website and technical information: Information such as browser type, device information, pages visited, referral sources and interactions with our website, subject to applicable consent requirements.
• Marketing preferences: Your newsletter subscription status and preferences regarding promotional communications.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your travel arrangements and requested through an appropriate channel.

We never ask you to upload passports, visas or other identity documents to our website. Where your booking needs them, our team will ask you to send them directly on WhatsApp, and they are deleted once your trip is complete.

• Personal details: Your contact and traveller details are kept for 1 year after your last enquiry or trip, so that you do not have to share everything again when you travel with us next. After that they are deleted or anonymised.
• Newsletter: Kept until you unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter, or by emailing us.
• Website analytics: Kept as set out in our Cookie Policy.

No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
