Every figure the Trip Builder, Plan For Me, or any other part of this site shows you is an estimate range, not a fixed quote or booking confirmation, and nothing is held or charged. Final pricing is confirmed by a safari consultant once availability is checked directly with each property, and a formal quote is a separate document we send you directly.
Nothing you submit through this website, on its own, forms a booking or a contract with Bush King Safaris Limited: nothing is charged or held online. A booking is only confirmed once we have checked availability, agreed terms with you directly, and issued an invoice.
The text, photography, and design of this site belong to Bush King Safaris Limited or are used under license, and may not be copied or reused without permission.
We take reasonable care to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be free of errors or interruptions, and we are not liable for losses arising from your use of it beyond what the law requires.
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
