Rekero Camp

One of the Mara's most enduring small camps, 9 classic tents operated by Asilia Africa for 38 years and known for an exceptionally high proportion of repeat guests. Located 150 metres from a primary wildebeest crossing point on the Talek River, the recently rebuilt deck provides front-row Migration viewing without leaving camp. Light, airy tent interiors with en-suite bathrooms and that particular warmth that comes from a camp run by people who genuinely love what they do. Closed April–May for long rains; open June–March.
